Buying a Home
We require all people who purchase a home from Hard Bargain Association to first take Home Buyer Education classes. We work with two non-profits who provide Home Buyer Education classes. Contact one of the non-profits listed below and set up an appointment. You will fill out a Housing Questionnaire and sign up for Home Buyer Education classes. The classes are offered throughout the year.
