We require all people who purchase a home from Hard Bargain Association to first take Home Buyer Education classes. We work directly with Good Neighbor Foundation and You Can Make It Home Center both are an HUD approved agency for housing counseling to provide Home Buyer Education classes. Contact Good Neighbor Foundation or You Can Make It Homecenter to set up an appointment. You will fill out a Housing Questionnaire and sign up for Homebuyer Education classes. The classes are offered throughout the year in person and online.
